Challenge
  • Early-year financial advisors lack understanding of compensation and company-sponsored rewards program
  • Information about compensation was fragmented and only available in static bi-weekly reports—making it especially difficult for newer reps to set and hit targets and identify opportunities to earn rewards
 Solution
  • Co-created Reach, a React native mobile app that allowed advisors to track compensation and recognition daily to reach their goals
  • Gained 80% adoption of target users within one year and is the second most-used mobile app within the field force​​​

Cousins Subs - Digital Transformation
Challenge
  • 40-year-old sub shop franchise with declining market share and online traffic, limited digital presence and legacy technology systems
  • 100+ locally-owned, operated locations seeking to improve the guest experience online and in-store--requiring a digital transformation to remain competitive and to meet customer needs

  • Built a connected restaurant tech stack to bridge in-store and online experiences, standardize and scale digital ordering, offer 3rd party delivery and provide a more personalized guest experience
  • Implemented a data-informed marketing and paid media strategy that contributed to a 30% increase in online traffic, 200% lift in YoY online same-store sales and 33% increase in online customer satisfaction
  • Assisted in re-positioning of Cousins Subs from a QSR to Fast Casual and introduced new digital technologies, including: eCommerce website and mobile app, point-of-sale, eGift cards, CRM, email marketing and loyalty programs​

Sauder / Stella & Chewy's Pet Photo Contest
Challenge
  • Sauder, a ready-to-assemble furniture brand commonly found in Target, Home Depot and other home goods channel partners, wanted increase awareness of it's new pet product line and drive direct-to-consumer sales through it's eCommerce channels (Sauder.com)

  • Partnered with top pet influencers on Instagram, like @pudgethecat, and local pet food brand Stella & Chewy’s to generate product interest and prospect customer engagement through a co-branded/sponsored giveaway
  • Campaign resulted in 1M+ impressions, 10% increase in web traffic, 2K+ customer leads for re-marketing, and gained rights to hundreds of user-generated photos for future digital campaigns and social media posts​

Zoup! Eatery - Digital Consulting & Upskilling
Challenge
  • Zoup! Eatery, a 20+ year-old 80 unit franchise restaurant, seeks to differentiate itself to customers in the increasingly competitive fast casual segment through category leading menu innovation and a unique digital experience 
  • The company seeks to drive transactions and sales, grow its franchising footprint, as well as offer team members at its corporate support center an opportunity to upskill

  • Established a consulting model to help Zoup! marketing team members learn new skills, adopt digital marketing technologies and be confident in their abilities to create, manage and optimize their marketing tactics and campaigns to drive new customer acquisition and guest loyalty
  • Created and helped execute a digital strategy with a focus on increasing restaurant traffic, transactions and guest loyalty

Case IH - 175th Anniversary #RaisedRed

Challenge
  • Case IH, a global leader in agriculture equipment equipment, sought to celebrate 175 years of quality, perseverance and progress. Beyond technical innovations, the legacy of Case IH lives in places that aren’t measured by yield. It lives in the hearts and memories of generations who have made their living from the earth. 
  • The campaign was to demonstrate and reinforce brand loyalty and embrace how Case IH, Case and International Harvest (IH) customers and dealers have played a substantial role in shaping its history and innovations through an engaging dialogue of past experiences.
Solution
  • The team developed a 10-week photo contest during the peak of fall harvest across four countries. Using an integrated promotion of radio, digital, social and public relations tactics, the #RaisedRed message reached more than 1.25M Case IH, Case and IH fans generating 8K photo entries.​

Northwestern Mutual Incubator - B2B Payments
Challenge
  • Cybercrime and fraudulent payment attacks are on the rise, and financial institutions are emerging targets. ​Business Email Compromise (BEC) is the No. 1 threat jeopardizing high-dollar domestic and international wire payments worldwide
  • Develop a solution for the financial services and private equity industry to mitigate risk exposure for B2B and corporate wire payments and test market-fit and revenue potential
​Solution
  • Conducted customer discovery and experimented with ways to provide a digitally-enhanced, secure way to send and validate wire payment instructions prior to payout 
  • Concepted and tested a new wire instruction verification technology and process change to create a trusted relationship between the payor and payee—providing more secure transmission and of pre-verified wire instructions​
  • Implemented a process improvement based on learnings that reduced risk exposure to wire fraud attempts by an estimated $10M/year.
